Asmedia USB 3.0 not working in Windows 10

i did clean install my Windows 10 and right after that update it through windows update, but i noticed in device manager, my USB 3.0 shows yellow exclamation sign http://imgur.com/WmYF63w
then, i install the the USB driver from my CD driver and restart the computer, when i check the device manager, the name of device changed to 'Asmedia XHCI USB 3.0 Host Controller' also with yellow exclamation mark.
do anybody have same problem?
btw, i'm using laptop, Asus A43s.
